Hydrosol - The Stabiliser People.

The Hydrosol team develops innovative Stabilising Systems and Emulsifying Systems for milk and delicatessen products, ready meals and meat and sausage products, and also ready-mixed compounds for delicatessen specialities and desserts.

With commitment and know-how we have made our company a centre of excellence in the field of stabilisers and emulsifiers. We are familiar with the properties of every single stabiliser and every single emulsifier. This enables us to create systems made up of different stabilisers and emulsifiers that solve specific problems for our customers through their synergistic effects.

Dairy products

Hydrosol’s applications research team has developed Stabilising Systems for all manner of different products based on milk; they offer economic advantages and meet the needs of the production line.

Delicatessen specialities and ready meals

Hydrosol filling aids enable uniform, fast and economical filling of top-quality products. That has made us Germany’s market leader in this field. Our Stabilising Systems ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the finished delicatessen products and ready meals have a pleasant eating consistency.

Meat and sausage products

The manufacture of cooked sausage, boiled sausage, boiled ham and restructured meat products requires very different technologies for which Hydrosol develops tailor-made Stabilising and Emulsifying Systems.

Ready-mixed compounds for delicatessen products and desserts

The use of ready-mixed compounds guarantees a high level of functionality and reduces costs by permitting savings in the procurement of raw materials, storage and quality control.
